Yesterday we had patrol outing!!! It was like, WOW! Cos it was the very first time I had a patrol outing, and I feel really bonded to Oriole. It's so sad that we're splitting next year. D:
Met at 10am at Harbourfront MRT and took Sentosa Express to Sentosa! We managed to get seats on the way there :D We were hogging up the ticket station cos we were deciding whether to get adult tickets or children tickets, haha.. In the end we found out that both tickets cost $3, and that didn't make a difference. So we wasted quite a few minutes on it.
We got to Sentosa and were figuring out how to get to the beaches. Xinyi brought a volleyball, her very own one! her dad bought her a volleyball for her to train for PE lessons. Haha, sweet right? Anw, by the time we got to Palawan beach (the less crowded one), it was 11 already. Time flies lah.
And we soaked in the sea and played water bombs. Fun! Yeah, of course we were all soaking wet. The sea tasted super duper salty! But it was fun. And we dug out two pits, and joined them together. It was cool! we could feel each other's hands. Haha! And we tried building an Oriole sandcastle. Or rather sand-city. Cos castles are impossible to build! Wonder how those nice nice sandcastles were built.
For lunch, we decided to eat cup-noodles :D Valerie, Swee Hoon, Kah Mun and I decided to take a tram to the beach station where there's 7-eleven to get the food. And we took the one big round of the tram -.- Quite dumb, cos when we were on the tram xinyi called us and told us that there was actually a 7-eleven within their sight. So we stopped at the same stopped that we got on the tram.. And I met Janell! Haha, such a coincidence! She went out with her NJ classmates.
And after lunch we wen to the palawan bridge, or the "Southern-most point of Southeast Asia". Haha! And we tried to waddle with fish! It was fun. And we buried all our feet (except kah mun's) in wet sand. It was quite disgusting, but in a way, funny.
Pictures! :D
