As Kids See It

Holidays! they never fail to keep me worrying about my projects! seriously, every day when i wake up, the first thing that comes to my mind are all the un-completed projects that always leave me lost and confused. like, when are we going to meet up? we've to get this thing done! that kind of thing... i dread SIAs! ):

but on a happier note, sibs and I had some fun yesterday! melissa and sean came over to play for a day. sean's so cuteeeee!! :D we played many many kiddish stuff, finished watching indiana jones and the raiders of the lost ark. there was one part where it was really scary and sean covered his eyes in fear an even went to hide behind our room door! but he was really adorable when he did that (: had yummy chicken wings and other yummy food for lunch! haha melissa and sean come over more often so that mum will cook tasty food! went down to the park in the afternoon to rent bicycles for melissa and sean... to find that the bicycle renting shop was closed. But it's okay, cos i was already on my skates, and rachel and ben on their bikes. So we just skated/cycled round the garden, and poor melissa and sean were running, trying to keep up with us! but they run really fast! esp. sean, for his age!

i broke my skating record by skating for 3 hours on saturday! june joined me for 2 of the hours and we learnt swizzle, scooter and a-frame turn. Swizzle's the in-out-in-out motion thingy, it comes naturally/indirectly to you without you knowing it when you first learn how to skate, so it wasn't that difficult for us when we tried it out. June's a natural!!! she swizzles really well! i had some trouble trying to swizzle at some parts. scooter was... weird. it was a little hard trying to keep your weight exerted on one side. and a-frame turn is quite okay to learn, cos you sort of sub-consiously do it too when you roller-blade (:
