lots of interesting stuff happened this week (in order):

island creamery

my classmate says i'm "deprived" because i havent been there in my whole 3 years of nanyang -.- but it's okay, cos i finally stepped into that nice little ice-cream shop for the first time in my life on... tuesday and ate my first ice-cream of the year (FINALLY after 8 whole months) :D ordered apple pie ice-cream as recommended by chinwen, and it was truly whala! :] yummy mummy, and it's affordable too! hahaha suat and ong.hi.hi. were looking for pictures in "the little mermaid" storybook. so childish! aye but i used to do that too, it's quite fun yeah!

elections

ahh at first the mood and atmosphere was quite serious, but when the 310 ppl came back from debate it made everyone burst out laughing! esp huier's and kakays! loll, they were saying such debatish stuff and they sort of make sense, so i think they had the best "performance" of the day! xiaoen is the sensible one! she came in and whatever she said made a lot of sense too. as for me, as usual, i think my answers were quite politically correct -.- but that's how i feel abt some stuff yeah (: and and wannqin and rachel were really cute, and suying was funny! "my weakness is that i procrastinate a lot ... ... ... a bit." haha hilarious :D

teachers day!

it was fun (: but sadly ms and didn't really come for the class party ): and ET wasn't in sch cos he went to cambodia... but we found out that he appears on youtube! apparently he teaches some physics concepts on youtube, just type in his name and i think his videos will appear! when we were giving ms khoo h.n. some gifts, her reaction to althea's gift was really unforgettable! :D

ok back to the topic. the concert was enjoyable, but somehow less classes performed this year. the teachers awards were really successful with mr chia being the perfect "emcee"! ms van djik won the caring teacher award yayy! sophie's mum appeared so many times! she looks quite pretty in her dress made of recycled materials!

this picture cum card is really cute and adorable! drawn by my classmate althea! so unexpected cos all of us never knew she has this hidden art and drawing talent in her! ohman the picture is really very professional and cutee :D

after celebration in ny, went back with jiayi to tvps (: fortunately yingjie fel and shi ting managed to go back too and i was really happy to see them :D haven't met them in exactly a whole year.. and jiayi's still the tallest of us all (eh stop growing already! haha) and fel looks quite cute :] aye and some old boys (i think) were smoking outside the school, we were quite (fillinsomethinghere) to see them smoke (although we don't recognise them). it's bad! :( lol, shi ting broke her specs and she ended up holding it up so that she could see. the side of her specs broke off!

stuff about tvps:
1. we realised that the water cooler is such a cute little thing! jiayi had to bend till she almost squatted down, just to drink some water from the water cooler! (jiayi's the giant)

2. the toilets there are cleaner than the ones in ny (impressive! :D)

3. the school has new wooden swings! ahh so nice i want to sit on them all day

4. we joined the school alumni! and all of us (excluding jiayi) recommended grace to join (:

5. we don't know which teacher to look for except for ms tseng

i miss primary school! just let me be a kid, please.

heritage trail

today was actual west div heritage trail! this time i was game marshal of bukit panjang govt high and they were really enthu. like when they got their first clue, they just started running off to the first station. and throughout the whole trail, they were brisk walking, if not running (my legs are aching now! haha) and they managed to go to 7 stations and 1 bonus station which makes it 8 stations in total! O.O that's quite insane but well done!! they're a nice bunch of people and they even had a timekeeper throughout the whole trail! so i'll say it for the XXXth time, i'm not a magical person who can bring teams to get 1st for heritage trail! it's not like teams under me always get 1st! haha, it's the team that earned it themselves :D and thanks to peiling and linxi again, must must credit them for their hard work put in for this trail :)
