it was quite successful, considering that it was our first time doing such a big-scale event. Station 5 was super difficult to find i think a lot of teams were complaining ): oh and i un-knowingly gave a clue to my team, and only realised it when we reached station 5, so i really had to deduct marks. but abigail, michelle, xinhui and bernadetted were really nice and were willing to deduct the marks. Really have to commend the team for being cheerful for the whole time, and esp. taking lots of initiative :D Well done! i quite liked zhaoqi's station! quite fun to find stuff and learn how to write tamil words (unfortunately i can no longer remember how to write them). linxi and peiling, xin ku ni men le! thank you so much for being the overall ICs for this event and making sure that everything turned out all right! <3
after heritage trail, batchmates went for lunch at coro and then headed back to school for card-making! ohman seriously, the cards (or rather, boards, lol, they're so big) are really, really nice. Especially the one that june wrote! (: really i think that that one was very neat and nice!
Why i love batchmates:
1. they made me realise that i have a "ji ko pek" ringtone -.-
someone help me choose a nicer one? i've tried so many but none seems fitting for the ringtone. hahaha and kakay has such good taste. she was trying to change my ringtone to a more "sarah-ish" one -.- i ended up with my phone blasting out a latin tune that didn't suit me, hahahah. but shall leave it as it is for the time being! :D
2. they are really crappy!
crapped out a lot of poems today and had a great time. however, chinwen needs to be reminded that she has to strike off "poet" from her list of professions when she grows up (as quoted from xiaoen). and they are especially good at thinking of random stuff!
3. they are entertaining!
to not-so-good-at entertaining people like me, they really brighten up my life! they belt out songs that are quite pleasant to the ear though sometimes seriously out of tune. realised that lots of batchmates sing well lalala~ oh yes, and kakay acts very well, suat teng is very good at impromptu-ing
aye, conclusion of the day is that i really enjoyed myself and thanks batchmates <3
