“Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope. Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out into our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.”

What I learnt:
- Through faith in Christ (who He is; what He did), we have justification.
- Through justification, we have peace with God.
- Through faith in Christ, we have full access to God.
- And we are able to rejoice and have a great sense of hope.
- With genuine faith and hope in God, we are able to glory in tribulations—tribulations will produce perseverance, a great virtue. And with perseverance, character, and character, hope. Such a possibility is pretty amazing to consider (to me, for now).
- And hope in God will not cause us to feel disappointed
