As Kids See It

Today was snail day. I think all even week wednesdays are snail days, cos there's practically every examinable subject that's squeezed into even week wednesdays except IH. Yes! It's quite frustrating. my class had LA, math, chinese lecture, bio, physics and chem today ): And the day went by really, really, reeeaaaallllyyyyy slooooowwwwlllllyyyyy. Almost dozed off during chinese lecture and the lessons following the lecture, sort of like my body was in class but my mind was off to lala-land. Math was trigo again! It was confoosing @.@

Almost every class has gotten back their math paper, and from what i heard, i've a bad feeling about this haha!

Okay, off to happier stuff! X country was spent standing on the road and guiding the competitive runners to the correct route. They're all so fast! And very very very few of them were walking! :D And wanted to hear the lucky draw and the top 20 of each level but unfortunately the guides were sitting someplace quite far away from the stage so whenever ppl clapped some of us just clapped along blindly (: after that was off to random places with june, jiayi and ingrid! and after a long time deciding where to go, we ended up in amk/bishan area again -.- but yay for me and jiayi! haha it's always like that, either go to the west or central. 2-against-2 (:

It was a TV session of screams (esp. ingrid!!) and laughter with mario kart, the driving race and then figure skating and beach volleyball and ahh so many games i can't remember. The ghost valley was super funny when ALL of us kept dropping into nowhere and dying and in the end getting 11th and 12th position (for so many many times we got used to it). Then cluedo! and twister! jiayi's super good at cluedo please! she won so many times! :D good detective skills, jiayi! then we went on to twister and june was the winner! the three of us (except june) ended up in so awkward positions and we were trying so hard to balance with our left leg crossing over someone else's right hand and right leg under someone else's left hand... you get the picture.

then we went longkang fishing (is that how you spell "drain"?) at the canal beside my block. quote ingrid "we always seem to do random stuff." Hahaha! We learnt that fishes swim really fast and their reactions and actions are much faster than our human hand. But in the end, we managed to catch quite a lot! Yay (:
